The Refined Image Atelier owns the AI-generated compositions — the origin myth, the codes, the whisper voice. You own your original brand, your confessions, and your truth. The synthesis is a collaboration; the artifacts are licensed to you for the term of your membership.
Invitation codes are non-transferable and bound to the named entrant. Their misuse voids entry.
Audit results are advisory. The Atelier holds no liability for commercial outcomes arising from their application. We observe and refine; we do not guarantee the market's verdict.
The Atelier's obligation is to craft and counsel with diligence. Our liability is limited to the membership fee paid in the current term.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
